AIT - SAITM COLLABORATIVE TWO-STAGE MASTER PROGRAM
SAITM and AIT recently entered into a Memorandum of Agreement to conduct a Two-Stage Collaborative Master’s Program starting from August 2017. This program is a shared teaching and research based Master program, and the degree will be awarded by the AIT, Thailand. In addition, a one-year graduate diploma program will be offered.

Students with a four-year Bachelor degree or its equivalent and with a minimum cGPA of 2.75 or equivalent are eligible for admission to the two-stage Master’s program. Students admitted to the Master’s program must complete a total of 48 credits, which include 26 credits of course work and 22 credits of research. Students will attend two initial semesters at the AIT, and return to SAITM for research projects, after which they are required to return to AIT for thesis defense and graduation.

The two-stage Master program is offered in Energy, Food Engineering and Bioprocess Technology, Urban Water Engineering and Management, Industrial and Manufactirung Engineering, Mechatronics, and Construction Engineering and Infrastructure Management.

The Master’s program with distance learning component will be offered in two programs: 1) Environmental Engineering and Management, and 2) Information & Communication Technology [with specializations in a) Computer Science, b) Software Engineering, c) Information Technology, d) Telecommunication, and e) Geo-informatics].


ONE-YEAR POSTGRADUATE DIPLOMA PROGRAM
A one-year Postgraduate Diploma Program is offered with one semester distance learning at SAITM and one semester at AIT in the fields of ICT and EEM to interested applicants holding a full time BSc degree in relevant field of study with a minimum cGPA of 2.75 from a recognized university and essentially with 3-5 years of industry experience.
